1. Return Policy
We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in new condition.
- The item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please email us at info@ezzmart.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
- Pack and Ship: Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Ship it to the address provided by our team with the RMA number included. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Ezzmart LLC.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact us immediately at info@ezzmart.com with your order number and clear pictures of the damaged or defective item.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation, at no additional cost to you.
6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds. These include items that are heavily discounted or on clearance.
