Ezzmart – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ezzmart! We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.


1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please use our [dedicated Returns Portal] (link to be added).
Only items registered through this portal will be accepted for return.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, or marks.

  • All tags and original protective packaging must be intact.

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice).

  • Returned with a valid RMA number provided through the returns portal.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

⚠️ Defective items or order issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
📸 Please provide photo and video proof showing the damage, defect, or issue clearly.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a $10 return label fee.

  • This $10 fee is waived if you choose store credit or an exchange.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Manual Processing: As an independent retailer, all refunds are processed manually. Please allow up to 14 business days.

If your original order was placed with installment services (e.g., Afterpay), the return will follow your original agreement.


5. Exchanges

We offer both standard and instant exchanges:

  • Instant exchanges require pre-authorization on your credit card.

  • Exchanged items are final and can only be returned for store credit.

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

  • International customers are eligible for store credit and must repurchase the desired item.


6. Return Instructions

  1. Access the [Returns Portal] and follow the guided steps.

  2. Print the return label (if applicable) and prepare your package.

  3. Include the return form inside the package.

  4. Drop off the package with the carrier.

  5. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 7–10 business days.


7. International Orders

  • Prepaid return labels are not available for customers outside the U.S.

  • International customers must cover return shipping and will receive store credit upon return approval.


8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union:

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification, provided:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided
